This could be the first minute of a song that builds up to a huge orchestral climax.

Grandvision responds:

I was imagininng something along the lines of that.

I personally prefer less vicious metal, but this is really good guitar-playing and solid mixing.

Metaljonus responds:

Hey thanks dude! I did'nt know this was on the front page haha!

Which synthesizer has this choir sound?

samulis responds:

I can't remember man, it's been like three years and I don't think I have the project file anymore anyway. :/

Here Is My Review

I guess if you make the song longer, you can add more diversity. I like the grittiness of the bass. The beat is pumpin. Did you use FL Studio? If so, what did you use to make the bass?

Garubbavision responds:

For the bass, i used directwave and added a sample to it from the vengeance electro download. Then in directwave, i went to sample and made loop type forward and made loop end around 200. Thank you for the review!

Hello

You reviewed one of my songs and asked me to check out this one, but I was a jerk about it. I finally decided I should check it out, and turns out it's really good. You took a simple tune and made it into a full-fledged electronic song. Also, the song still manages to be diverse, despite its simple roots. Good stuff.

weemeee responds:

Haha no worries man :) and yes, i was being honest when i reviewed it. in any case i appreciate the fact that you decided to check it out afterall :) thanks for the review!

Cool song

Really gives a positive dance vibe. Also, I noticed your thumbnail logo is similar to mine.

ACINO responds:

Glad to hear that!:) haha lol youre right:D

Never gets boring

I really like the dragging sort of feeling that makes it almost like DnB. It's perfect for a Halloween song. You'll have to teach me some of these techniques sometime.

axeFX responds:

Yea man, we've still haven't collabed yet.

Lol

z3ta preset arp. Otherwise a good song.

eliashellfire responds:

yes it is. =P
i usually base stuff off of presets and change them around if i need to. liked the way it was so i didnt bother

Mostly Enjoyed It

I really liked tbe melody synths in the song, but the distorted bass is pretty bland. I think it would be best for the bass to supplement the melody with its note structure instead of being just noise.

DarkMauri responds:

Yes, i noticed later when i rendered it.
I would work that aspect on my upcoming works.

Thanks for your opinion!

Beginning Is The Best Part

Well unfortunately I have to be the buzzkill and be the first non-10 review. The portion with the vocals is excellent, and the vocalist is a very talented singer singing to a suitably-produced background. But after the vocal portion, it sounds like you went off and did your own thing which didn't match the mood that the beginning had established. The bass at the end is also too distorted for the average pair of headphones (I have a pretty good pair and it's still too distorted for my tastes). A key point to remember is that we can always explain our reasons for imperfections like distortion (you cited bass amplification), but the listener ultimately only cares what it sounds like and not the producer's reasoning behind it.

DJCaution responds:

im afraid i couldn't help a live studio recording subtle enough for your head phones, this is in preparation for an event at The Warehouse Project this fall as noted in the description. The recording was made for the listeners at the event not the users of newgrounds if that is understandable?

Hey I'm Anthony and I basically just make music that I like to call my own style.
